Asian Art in London 2026: A Mystical Menagerie
As part of Asian Art in London 2026 Rob Dean Art will exhibit a group of classical Indian paintings from the Pahari region of Northern India, alongside a second group of paintings created by Indian artists for British Patrons in the early 19th century. The exhibition highlights the changing styles and aesthetic that existed in these painting ateliers over three centuries. The works reveal a constant evolution of styles and formats that depended upon both the whims of patrons, and the personal genius of individual artists based at these courts.
